What happens next

We check the slot against the specialist’s list. Your preferred time is held while we do, but it is not confirmed yet.
Someone from the clinic contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to reconfirm the date, the time and which specialist you will see.
You receive the confirmed details once that is settled, along with anything you need to bring or prepare.

If the time you chose turns out not to be available, we will offer you the closest alternative when we call — you will not lose your place in the queue.
